*Anyone interested may attend the Red Mass, organized by an external committee of judges and lawyers.

The Opening of the Courts will take place in the presence of the Chief Justices and Judges of all the Courts of Quebec, as well as representatives of the Bar and international guests.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear the Federal and Provincial Ministers of Justice, the Hon. David Lametti and the Hon. Simon Jolin-Barrette, as well as the Hon. Manon Savard, Chief Justice of Quebec, the Hon. Marc Noël, Chief Justice of the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal, the Hon. Jacques R. Fournier, Chief Justice of the Quebec Superior Court and the Hon. Lucie Rondeau, Chief Judge of the Court of Quebec.

Mr. Bâtonnier Extra Junior Laguerre will act as master of ceremonies.
