La di\u00e8te c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne standard procure l&#8217;\u00e9nergie sous forme de lipides (75-80 %), de prot\u00e9ines (15-20 %) et de glucides (moins de 10 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je\u00fbne intermittent<\/strong><br \/>\nLe je\u00fbne intermittent consiste en des p\u00e9riodes de plusieurs heures durant lesquelles on ne mange pas, en alternance avec des p\u00e9riodes d\u2019alimentation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. La dur\u00e9e et la fr\u00e9quence du je\u00fbne sont variables. \u00c0 ce jour, les \u00e9tudes ne permettent pas d\u2019\u00e9tablir avec certitude les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques du je\u00fbne sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et sur la pr\u00e9vention et la gestion des maladies chroniques, ni sur le type de je\u00fbne, la dur\u00e9e et la fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne stricte<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne stricte consiste \u00e0 ne consommer que des aliments d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire aucune viande, \u0153uf, lait, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse des croyances populaires, une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne stricte riche et vari\u00e9e, qui inclut des grains entiers, des l\u00e9gumineuses et des graines ol\u00e9agineuses, permet de combler tous les besoins en acides amin\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, une consommation excessive d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s soufr\u00e9s, pr\u00e9sents en plus grande quantit\u00e9 dans les prot\u00e9ines d\u2019origine animale, est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de maladies cardiovasculaires et de diab\u00e8te de type 2. Une plus grande consommation d\u2019aliments d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale aurait donc des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Conseils<\/h2>\n<p>Voici quelques conseils \u00e0 suivre si vous choisissez d\u2019adopter l\u2019une de ces tendances alimentaires :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Favorisez les aliments peu transform\u00e9s et \u00e9vitez les aliments contenant beaucoup de sucre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00c9quilibrez vos repas et assurez-vous de consommer suffisamment de l\u00e9gumes et de fruits.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 consulter votre m\u00e9decin ou un autre professionnel de la sant\u00e9 si vous avez des questions ou des inqui\u00e9tudes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Hydratez-vous, avec de l\u2019eau, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"width: 720px;\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"1\" cellpadding=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #cccccc;\"><\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 15px;
