En effet, il est important de faire des choix alimentaires judicieux chaque jour, afin de combler ses besoins nutritionnels et d\u2019avoir un bon apport en vitamines, min\u00e9raux et autres nutriments qui permettent de demeurer en bonne sant\u00e9. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs ce que favorise l\u2019alimentation m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, une approche globale qui mise sur des choix alimentaires sains, sur le plaisir de s\u2019alimenter ainsi que sur la diversit\u00e9 des aliments.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type d\u2019alimentation apporte de nombreux avantages, dont un apport \u00e9lev\u00e9 en fibres alimentaires et en antioxydants, des gras de bonne qualit\u00e9, un apport limit\u00e9 en gras satur\u00e9s, en cholest\u00e9rol alimentaire et en gras trans, ainsi qu\u2019un apport mod\u00e9r\u00e9 en sodium.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alimentation m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne encourage la consommation en plus grande quantit\u00e9 de certains aliments, dont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers \u00e0 grains entiers<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes color\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les l\u00e9gumineuses<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Le soya et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9s (tofu, tempeh, boissons de soya, f\u00e8ves de soya r\u00f4ties, etc.)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">L\u2019huile d\u2019olive et l\u2019huile de canola<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les poissons<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les noix<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les graines de lin et de chia<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Les mets cuisin\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Par ailleurs, adopter une alimentation m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne permet de r\u00e9duire les risques de maladies cardiovasculaires (hypertension, dyslipid\u00e9mie, ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et diab\u00e8te), ce qui est non n\u00e9gligeable.<\/p>\n<p>La saine alimentation s\u2019\u00e9tend au-del\u00e0 des repas et incl\u00fbt les habitudes qui y sont li\u00e9es, telles que cuisiner plus souvent, essayer et d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux aliments ou recettes, ainsi que partager des repas en agr\u00e9able compagnie, qui font de l\u2019alimentation une source de plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>Le Guide alimentaire canadien est une excellente ressource pour s\u2019outiller et apprendre \u00e0 faire des choix alimentaires judicieux.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Conseils<\/h2>\n<p>Il est important de bien s\u2019alimenter. Voici quelques conseils pour y parvenir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Choisissez des aliments vari\u00e9s et nutritifs chaque jour (l\u00e9gumes et fruits, grains entiers, prot\u00e9ines).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Buvez de l\u2019eau, plut\u00f4t que des jus et autres boissons.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Limitez votre consommation d\u2019aliments riches en sodium, en sucre ou en gras satur\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Soyez conscient lorsque vous mangez : prenez votre temps, \u00e9coutez vos signaux de faim et de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 et savourez les aliments que vous consommez.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Cuisinez plus souvent et mangez en bonne compagnie.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Faites attention \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 et au marketing alimentaires qui peuvent \u00eatre trompeurs;
