Toutefois, des chercheurs canadiens se sont pench\u00e9s davantage sur la question, afin de donner des indications concr\u00e8tes de ce \u00e0 quoi devrait ressembler un 24 heures sain pour les Canadiens, selon leur \u00e2ge et leur condition. Ils ont publi\u00e9, en octobre 2020, les Directives canadiennes en mati\u00e8re de mouvement sur 24 heures dans lesquelles ils font trois principales recommandations, soit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Bouger plus;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Bien dormir;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Et \u00eatre moins s\u00e9dentaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En effet, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le fait de demeurer en position assise durant de longues p\u00e9riodes sans interruption est n\u00e9faste pour le corps humain. Il est recommand\u00e9 de faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des pauses, de se d\u00e9gourdir et de se lever, lorsque possible, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter de demeurer en position assise trop longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>La kin\u00e9siologue Val\u00e9rie Guilbeault vous propose une courte s\u00e9ance d\u2019\u00e9tirements \u00e0 faire directement sur votre chaise de bureau, pour vous permettre de bouger et de vous sentir mieux.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Conseils<\/h2>\n<p>Il est important d\u2019\u00eatre actif tous les jours, mais il est \u00e9galement essentiel de ne pas demeurer assis durant de longues p\u00e9riodes sans interruption. Pour y parvenir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Travaillez quelques heures par jour sur une station debout, lorsque possible;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Mettez une alarme toutes les heures, afin de prendre une courte pause et de vous d\u00e9gourdir les jambes;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Levez-vous de votre bureau d\u00e8s que vous en avez l\u2019occasion, notamment en vous tenant debout lors des conf\u00e9rences t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Prenez des pauses actives plusieurs fois par jour, en effectuant, par exemple, les exercices propos\u00e9s par la kin\u00e9siologue Val\u00e9rie Guilbeault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"width: 720px;\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"1\" cellpadding=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #cccccc;\"><\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 15px;
