En effet, non seulement le fait d\u2019\u00eatre actif permet de se sentir plus en forme et d\u2019avoir plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie, mais contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir plusieurs maladies chroniques. Les personnes actives am\u00e9liorent leur sant\u00e9 globale et augmentent leur esp\u00e9rance de vie en sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le fait de faire 15 minutes d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique quotidiennement augmente l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie de plusieurs ann\u00e9es, ainsi que l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie en sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les bienfaits d\u00e9coulant de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique sont multiples. En voici quelques-uns\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les maladies chroniques comme les maladies cardiovasculaires, plusieurs cancers, et le diab\u00e8te de type 2;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Diminue la fatigue, augmente l\u2019\u00e9nergie, l\u2019attention, la concentration et les autres fonctions cognitives;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Aide \u00e0 maintenir une bonne sant\u00e9 mentale;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Am\u00e9liore le sommeil;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">R\u00e9duit le stress;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Diminue le tabagisme;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019effort donc l\u2019endurance, la force musculaire ainsi que la flexibilit\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Diminue la tension art\u00e9rielle;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Aide \u00e0 la perte de poids et \u00e0 son maintien;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">R\u00e9gularise le taux de sucre et de lipides dans le sang;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Aussi peu que 15 minutes de marche par jour contribueront \u00e0 diminuer la mortalit\u00e9 totale d\u2019environ 15 % \u00bb &#8211; Dr Martin Juneau <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le choix d\u2019activit\u00e9 importe peu, ce qui compte, c\u2019est d\u2019\u00eatre actif quotidiennement, que ce soit dans le cadre de son travail, comme moyen de transport ou dans ses temps libres. Si on manque de temps, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019essayer l\u2019entrainement par intervalles qui consiste \u00e0 alterner entre de courtes p\u00e9riodes (environ 30 secondes) d\u2019effort maximal et des p\u00e9riodes de repos \u00e9quivalentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que 16 minutes d\u2019exercice par intervalles sont plus efficaces que 30 minutes d\u2019exercice continu \u00bb &#8211; Dr Martin Juneau <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le temps n\u00e9cessaire avant qu\u2019on ressente les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices sur sa sant\u00e9 d\u00e9pend de deux facteurs, soit la fr\u00e9quence et l\u2019intensit\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique est pratiqu\u00e9e. En effet, il est important de mettre un peu d\u2019intensit\u00e9 lors des efforts physiques et de sentir qu\u2019on travaille, tout en ayant encore de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et en \u00e9tant capable de discuter bri\u00e8vement ou de siffler. Cela permet de maximiser les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, tout en conservant un rythme s\u00e9curitaire.<\/p>\n<p>La recette est simple\u00a0: plus on fera bouger notre corps, avec une bonne intensit\u00e9, et plus on ressentira les bienfaits li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Conseils<\/h2>\n<p>Plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments permettent de maximiser les bienfaits de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique sur la sant\u00e9.
