Au quotidien, cela implique de porter attention aux divers aspects de sa personne, tant sur le plan physique, affectif, familial, \u00e9conomique et social. On ne peut pr\u00e9venir toute difficult\u00e9 ou stress excessif mais on peut travailler \u00e0 augmenter ses facteurs de protection. Voici quelques mesures \u00e0 adopter pour maintenir une bonne sant\u00e9 mentale: avoir de bonnes habitudes de vie au quotidien (alimentation saine, hygi\u00e8ne du sommeil, activit\u00e9 physique, loisirs), entretenir son r\u00e9seau social, favoriser un climat positif au travail comme ailleurs, s\u2019accorder repos et plaisir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Questions \u00e0 se
