Your trip to Haiti includes a series of conferences that represent a total of 15 hours of training for the purposes of the Barreau du Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s obligatory continuing education (OCE) program.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, a team of experienced speakers helped the participants to discover the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Doing business in Haiti and the role of the lawyer \u2013 updated version<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Business coaching and immigration<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Protecting natural resources<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Intellectual property<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Mediation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">E-governance<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Insurance law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important to note that a portion of the 15 hours of continuing education are offered in the form of a symposium on comparative law presented by the Haitian speakers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The academic tourism trip is an opportunity for discovery, both touristic and academic.
