Toutefois, cela peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer plus ardu lorsque vient le temps de manger au restaurant, comme c\u2019est souvent le cas des avocats qui participent \u00e0 des diners d\u2019affaires ou \u00e0 des repas entre coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bien que cela n\u00e9cessite de prendre le temps de s\u2019informer et de faire quelques choix judicieux, il demeure possible de se nourrir sainement au restaurant. \u00ab Peu importe le restaurant que vous choisirez, inspirez-vous toujours de l\u2019assiette sant\u00e9 pour composer votre repas. \u00bb &#8211; \u00c9lise Latour, nutritionniste.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Conseils<\/h2>\n<p>Voici quelques conseils \u00e0 suivre pour manger sainement au restaurant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Buvez de l\u2019eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8re ou p\u00e9tillante et \u00e9vitez ou limitez la consommation d\u2019alcool.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Choisissez un plat qui comprend une bonne portion de l\u00e9gumes, ou demandez qu\u2019on remplace une portion de l\u2019accompagnement (frites, riz, etc.) par une plus grande portion de l\u00e9gumes ou une salade.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Assurez-vous que la prot\u00e9ine de votre plat (poisson, poulet, viande, tofu, etc.) soit grill\u00e9e ou cuite au four ou \u00e0 la vapeur, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la panure et la friture.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Si vous choisissiez une salade, demandez que la vinaigrette soit servie \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, afin de pouvoir choisir la quantit\u00e9, ou encore mieux, mettez simplement de l\u2019huile et du vinaigre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Si vous avez envie d\u2019un dessert, prenez quelque chose de l\u00e9ger ou, s\u2019il est plus copieux, partagez-le.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Prenez le temps de savourer votre repas avec vos coll\u00e8gues et \u00e9coutez vos signaux de faim et de sati\u00e9t\u00e9.
