Room 2.06
Civil Matters, at 9:00 a.m. Only hearings on merits require gowns. The roll is called before a special clerk, who refers the disputed matters to a judge.
Room 3.07
Criminal Matters, from Monday to Friday, bail hearing at 9:00 a.m. and appearance of detained accused at 9:30 a.m.
Room 4.02
Criminal Matters, on Saturday, video appearance.
Room 4.06
Criminal Matters, at 9:30 a.m., from Monday to Friday, practice chamber.
Room 4.07
Criminal Matters, from Monday to Friday, appearance of non detained accused at 9:00 a.m. and appearance of detained accused + communication of the proof at 9:30 a.m.

The practice sites one Monday per month (variable). Gowns must be worn except in practice court. Emergencies can be submitted by motion to the practice court Room 14.03.

Professions Tribunal. Whatever the judicial district in which the appeal has been filed, all documents subsequent to opening a file are filed with the clerk of the Professions Tribunal in Montréal, room 14.61.
