Following the success of past editions of the Federal Courts' Symposium on best practices, and given the desire to increase the number of lawyers with the skills to plead stay motions in immigration, this year's Annual Federal Courts' Symposium will focus on this topic.

The Honourable Johanne Gauthier, Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, and Sylvie E. Roussel, Judge of the Federal Court, will present their expectations in this matter, while Mtre Claudia Molina and Mtre Daniel Latulippe, experienced litigators, will discuss the topic from a lawyer’s perspective and give practical advice in order to avoid pitfalls.

Inscription réservée aux membres du Barreau du Québec.

*Length of training: 1.5 hrs. An attestation of attendance will be emailed after the activity.
