SUPERIOR COURT – COURTROOM ASSIGNMENTS

Room 2.16
Civil matters, at 9:00 a.m. Gowns must be worn only for hearings on the merits. The roll is called before a special clerk, who refers the disputed matters to a judge.

Room 2.17
Family matters, at 9:00 a.m. Gowns must be worn for any matter heard before a judge.  The roll is called before a special clerk, who refers the disputed matters to a judge.

Room 16.10
Commercial Chamber. The registrar and special clerk sit every day at 9:00 a.m. Gowns must be worn (except in July and August). All motions can be presented, upon notice of presentation by the advocate.

Room 16.12
Commercial chamber. The judge sits every day, starting in September 2003, at 9:15. Gowns must be worn (except in July and August). Trials are set by the judge or registrar. Urgent matters are dealt with by the judge on duty, who is the judge sitting in Room 16.12 for the given month.
