Mental stress

See the written version of the clip

Description

Mental workload is everything that puts a demand on your brain, the cognitive and invisible workload involved in organizing two worlds that coexist and intersect with each other: the professional world and the domestic world, for instance. It is defined as the requirement to think simultaneously of things that have to do with two physically separate worlds.

Questions to ask yourself

  • What I am concerned about? What is weighing on my mind?
  • Are the models I refer to realistic?
  • Do I have the necessary power to carry out my responsibilities?
  • Can I delegate certain responsibilities?
