For example, log files record the IP address of visitors, the Web pages they view, the type of computer they use, and the date and time of their connection. Cookies and log files are used by the Site Owner to determine the level of repeat use, to measure the extent of use by registered users versus that by non-registered users, and to help the Site Owner provide better service by personalizing content you and other users will have access to on this Website, based on your preferences. Use of cookies and log files is common practice: most major Websites employ them to better serve their clients. Most browsers are designed to accept cookies and log files, but they can easily be configured to reject them. Users can choose to refuse them via their browser, but may lose some site benefits as a result.
