Biography - Mtre Daniel Latulippe

Daniel Latulippe was called to the Quebec Bar in 1991. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from Laval University and an LLB degree from the same university.

Me Latulippe has been a litigator with the Department of Justice Canada since 1993.  He served as Executive Assistant to the Director of the Quebec Regional Office in 1994. Me Latulippe specializes in immigration law and has argued cases before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. Me Latulippe has argued, with other colleagues, the litigation arising from the security certificates issued in Charkaoui, Ikhlef and Hampel.
