At this conference, organized by the Liaison Committee with the Superior Court, Family Matters, the Honourable Eva Petras, Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court, and the Honourable Marie Gaudreau, Coordinating Judge for Family Matters Case Management of the Superior Court, will present the new Superior Court directives on family matters (formerly the consolidated notices) and their impact on family practice in the District of Montreal.

The following topics will also be addressed:

  • Notice that a file is incomplete (NFI)
  • Amendments to the Regulation of the Superior Court of Québec in family matters
  • Management, decorum and other items of interest

The presentation will be followed by a question and discussion period with the honourable judges, moderated by Mtre Justin Roberge, Chairman of the Liaison Committee with the Superior Court, Family Matters, and a partner at Caron Roberge Inc.
