Given the success of the 2015 seminar on best practices for written submissions before the Federal Courts, the 2015 seminar will focus on best practices for oral arguments before these courts. The Honourable Johanne Gauthier, Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Honourable Luc Martineau, Judge of the Federal Court, will present their expectations on the subject, while Mtre Marek Nitoslawski and Mtre Alexander Pless, experienced litigators, will discuss the topic from a lawyer’s perspective and give practical tips to avoid pitfalls.
