One year after the coming into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure, the Honourable Jean-François Michaud, J.S.C., and Mtre Horia Bundaru, Partner – Litigation at Norton Rose Fulbright, will present the management tools put in place by the Superior Court as well as best practices to ensure the proper conduct of the proceedings and the readiness for trial.

They will also cover some of the subjects central to the reform of the CCP, particularly expert testimony, while Mtre Nathalie Drouin, Counsel with Justice Canada, will present several decisions of interest concerning the new judicial culture.
