A number of market studies circulated in recent years have encouraged employers to rethink how they manage their human resources in an effort to help companies and firms survive the increasingly demanding labour market.

Ms. Danielle Montpetit, Adm.A, president and CEO of Montpetit-Recrutement-Ressources humaines, will share her knowledge of the job market in the legal community, as well as the concerns she has gleaned from employers and job applicants.

Organized by the In-House Counsel Committee, this training session will give lawyers who are interested in human resources some food for thought, as well as essential tips and tools for better understanding the current issues.
