As everyone knows, an active and healthy lifestyle, which includes a daily dose of exercise, helps improve your general state of health and even your intellectual performance. However, it is not always easy for lawyers to integrate healthy lifestyle habits into their busy schedules. To help make it easier for you, Audrey Lehouillier, from Spinal Mouvement, suggests a series of simple exercises that you can do at work to improve posture, reduce tension and stress and promote better breathing.

At this “lunch and learn” organized by the Women in the Legal Profession Committee, the speaker will present the various problems caused by a sedentary lifestyle, office work and stress. After lunch, participants will be invited to try out exercises and tools that can help with or prevent such problems.

Hurry, places are limited !

Registration reserved to members of the Barreau du Québec.
