When it comes to the Code of Professional Conduct several questions arise. What is the role of the Quebec Bar, the Syndic and the attorney defending the accused? What is the effect of technology and how does it affect the practice and the practitioner? Our experienced panelists will provide sound advice on the most topical issues for trial lawyers when it comes to ethics inside and outside the Courtroom.
